When you are in danger of getting stuck in life, because certain parts that are difficult to draw attention to, those parts of raw grief and you don't know how to proceed, let me help you.

Introduction / intake interview

There will always be an introduction / intake interview first, to see if we have a "click" together, because that is of course super important that you feel safe, seen and heard with me. And only then do we get started. This can be done at your home in your own safe environment, through the 'raw' walks or at another place where you feel good. when necessary and suits you. Getting started with those parts of life that hinder you from living your life at that moment.
On average, an intake interview lasts an hour, and if you choose to work with me, then we are 'on the road' for about 1.5 hours each time.
